Is it really important to have a Paypal or Alertpay account? If you want to make some transactions online, you better have one. You can send and receive money through Paypal (or Alertpay) and to make sure that your transactions are safe. Paypal is a subsidiary of eBay and is the most widely used e-commerce payment site. You can send payments from Debit or Credit Cards to your Paypal Account and vice versa.
